Natural Family Planning Awareness Week is scheduled to highlight the anniversary of the papal encyclical Humanae Vitae on July 25 which explains Catholic beliefs about human sexuality, conjugal love, and responsible parenthood. The dates also include the feast of Saints Joachim and Anne on July 26, who are the parents of the Blessed Mother.
