Blood Donor Ministry
St. Matthew’s has hosted multiple blood drives annually, since our founding, as a vital community outreach. By regularly sharing our “Gift of Life” with patients in need, we give the very best that is in us to people whose lives depend on our priceless gift of blood donations. Blood donors are “Good Samaritans” who take the time to give others a lifeline because they are in need and we have the ‘renewable resources’ to help them. This truly reflects another aspect of Christian stewardship by giving of our time, talent and treasure doing volunteer work lying down!
If you are interested in being a part of this lifesaving ministry please check the bulletin for upcoming blood drive dates and make a date to donate. If you have any questions, please call Dan Eberts at 727-393-0805.
